Your company recently completed roofing our home and I wanted to take the time to express to you our sincere appreciation for an outstanding job.

Even though you salesman, West, did not provide the lowest estimate, he did come down a little that we were able to justify contracting with your company to do the job. My wife was most impressed with the marketing, explanation of accountability, the employees having part ownership and the 10-year warranty.

The work crew, headed by Mr. Javier Herrera, was polite, worked very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Mr. Herrera answered all of my questions and is a credit to your company. Many of our neighbors were quite impressed with the workmanship and the short time it took to complete the job.

We were very pleased that your company did exactly what the contract said it would do, which is the way it should be but unfortunately, in today's world, isn't the norm.

We want to commend you for the job your staff, your workers and your entire company did on my roof this past week. From the beginning every contact we had with anyone from your company was a pleasant and positive one. Beginning with the helpfulness and knowledge of your office staff to the demeanor of your job superintendents and workers. We found the office staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about my roofing questions. The job superintendent was there to answer our questions and when he wasn't the workers did so themselves. The workers arrived early and worked extremely hard throughout the day. We never saw them sitting around and "shooting the breeze." As you know putting on a new roof is not a quiet process, yet the workers never yelled at each other, they worked professionally, diligently and quietly through the entire process. They were kind and respectful to us and my family as well.
